Dunbar High school is now in ENROLLMENT SEASON. Spots are filling up fast, so please re-enroll ASAP! Roll Tide!

DROP-IN ENROLLMENT:
Starting Tuesdays and Thursdays on May 27th, 2025, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

WEEKEND ENROLLMENT:
May 31st, June 14th, and June 7th from 10 AM to 2 PM.

• Step 1: Visit enrolldcps.dc.gov to get started.
• Returning families: Make sure to use your parent portal credentials. If you don't know them, contact the school.
• New Families must create an account.
• Step 2: Complete the enrollment packet online.
• Step 3: Attach the required documentation.
• Returning Families: This includes Proof of Residency documentation.
• Step 4: Submit!
• You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is received, reviewed, and accepted/declined.

EVENT INFORMATION: 
A showcase of Dunbar High School's artistic excellence.
Featuring artwork from Drawing & Painting, Art-A, Black Art History, and Drawing I.

   
• Showcase @ Kuumba Hall on the 2nd floor. Starts May 28th.
• Yes, you can buy  artwork through an auction form. 
• Work will be up for 1 week.
• Yes, you can bring your classes to view at any time between 1pm - 3pm After opening day 
• If you are interested in buying student work, the money will be due JUNE 6TH
• Yes, 100% of the money for student work will go to that student  artist.

The Dunbar Community Closet initiative is dedicated to providing essential clothing, toiletries, and other vital resources to students and families within our school community and beyond. Open to anyone in need, this program aims to ease financial burdens, promote dignity, and ensure every individual has access to basic necessities, fostering a more supportive and equitable environment for everyone.
