At Dunbar High School, our internship program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. Our mission is to empower students with hands-on opportunities that build professionalism, confidence, and career readiness. Through strategic partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions, we aim to expose students to diverse career pathways while helping them develop the soft and technical skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

Our vision is that every Dunbar student leaves high school not only with a diploma but with practical experience, professional networks, and a clearer sense of their future goals.
